Cnergi is a deliberate mispelling of the word 'synergy' and represents both the meaning of the word synergy which is the creation of a whole that is greater than the simple sum of its parts and it also stands as a short form for 'CeNtre for the EmeRGence of Inclusive Identities'.

The word 'synergy' comes from the Greek word 'synergos' (συνεργός) meaning 'working together' and illustrates our mission of bringing diverse, even conflicting elements of a system to work together in creating a whole that is stronger and better than its individual elements.

We aim to accomplish this by applying behavioural science research in creating tools and processes that would transform the subjective experience of 'I' by expanding it to include a broader, more inclusive experience of self.
